Occupation: Retired LA Co. Sheriff 35yrs YEEEEHAW!!! After graduation, I stole one of our classmates from the ranks of the Hart '66 graduates, Venita Cosslett. We were both still 18 at the time and got hitched in Vegas with other classmates as witnesses. I worked at the Chevy plant in Van Nuys until hired by the Sheriff's Dept. in 1969. We 1st lived in an apt in Newhall then two Apts in Van Nuys ($67 a mo.) back to Newhall to a house on Chestnut and Lyons (now Enterprise Rentacar)then to Saugus when we bought our first house,from Donna Jones' parents, in 1970. Raised both our sons there while I worked at Wayside, Montrose Sheriff Station and 20yrs at Santa Carita (Newhall) station. In '86 we moved to Valencia (still here) and love it. We bought a bitchin condo (thanks to Venita working)on the beach (ocean view) in Port Hueneme and weekend there. We also have Venita's parent's house in Utah. Our hobbies are antiques of all kinds and antiquing. Our house is like a museum. We, (me especially) are antique & classic car collectors and lovers of street rods. We've had over two hundred cars over the years but, only have 10 today (sick): '29 and '30 Fords, '56 Metropolitan, '56 & '57 2 dr. Bel Airs, '56 Nomad, '57 vet, '67 VW 21 window ragtop, '67 Camaro RS/SS and a 1962 London double-decker bus converted to motorhome (he who dies with the biggest wins) all are restored and driveable, hopefully. We're (me mostly) always looking get another car and forced to sell now and then. We're both retired now (see Venita's bio) and enjoy this new life emensly!
