It's been a great life. I had a couple of jobs before I enlisted for 4 years in the Air Force in 1968. After discharge in '72, I met my Juanita Gomez and we married in 1973. After college, I worked in the Aerospace and Defense industry for 20 years, then changed careers to TV news (behind the scenes...not on-camera).
We moved to rural Southern Oregon in 1990 and we love it! Juanita is a teacher at a local middle school and I own and run my promotional products business. The company website is www.servicepromos.com. I started it after burning out in tv news (I directed the newscast for my last career...pretty intense work).
That's the short version. Like I said, I'm fortunate to have a great wife, wonderful friends and live in the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon.
Imagine, a kid from NYC! What a journey.
