Occupation = Counselor

God has certainly granted me a strange and wonderful life, such as I could never have imagined when we all graduated from good ol’ Hart High! At that point, the biggest change in my life had been moving from Castaic all the way to Newhall. Since then, I’ve moved 36 times all over the country, living in 9 different states, with more than a few husbands, 6 awesome children, and 23 foster children. Occupations also have been quite varied: Teacher, social worker, piano teacher, aerobics instructor…even baker and peddler of stone-ground, multi-grain bread! I home taught my kids for 12 very interesting years, too. Today I am finishing graduate work to become a licensed psychologist, and I work as a counselor and assistant director of Shepherd’s Touch Counseling Ministry, here in Lancaster. I also have a speaking ministry, found at lynnebabbitt.com. My husband, Jake Kramer, is a construction company owner and heads up the disaster relief ministry at our church. He’s been to Indonesia after the tsunami, to the Amazon, to Mississippi several times for Katrina relief, etc. I’m content to stay home, or else head West to see my kids and family and friends. So, I’m looking forward to seeing all of you! It sounds like a lot of fun to swap 40 years worth of stories.
